1. The parts to be inspected before starting the engine:

(1) Check whether the lubricating oil level of fuel tank, gearbox, front and rear axles, engine etc. meets the standard requirements.

(2) Check whether the cooling water level needs to be added.

(3) Check the lubrication points of each pin shaft and add grease to each working pin shaft and transmission shaft of the whole vehicle once per shift.

_Whether there are leakage phenomena in each joint of the visual inspection hydraulic system of the winding machine.

(5) Check the tightness of the connecting screw and the tension of the belt of the generator and fan.

(5) Check whether the pile heads and connections of the batteries are reliable.

(3) Check whether the control rods are in the middle or in neutral position.

Check tire pressure and damage.

_Check whether there is water in the gas storage tank and clean it.

_Check the dirty condition and damage degree of air filter element, whether it needs cleaning and replacement.

2. The parts to be inspected after starting the engine:

(1) Check whether the reading of each instrument is within the normal working range.

(2) Check whether the joysticks and pedals are flexible and the travel is in accordance with the regulations.

(3) Listen to whether the engine works properly and whether there are abnormal sounds and vibration in the middle and bottom speed operation.

(4) Check whether the battery is charged and the amount of electricity.

(5) Check the working conditions of hydraulic working system (such as rotary bucket, boom cylinder), braking system, transmission system and steering system.

Check the working conditions of lighting equipment, indicator lights, horn wipers and brake lights.

3. Inspection in operation:

(1) Check whether the temperature of engine cooling water and lubricating oil exceeds the normal range.

(2) Check whether the oil temperature of the gearbox exceeds the normal range.

(3) Listen to the abnormal sound and vibration of the vehicle in operation and check the leakage of high-pressure rubber hoses and joints in the hydraulic working system.

4. Check after work:

(1) Check fuel reserves.

(2) Check the oil level and cleanliness of the engine oil pan. If it is found that the oil level is too high and thin, the reasons should be found out and eliminated.

(3) Check whether there is leakage in oil pipes, water pipes, gas pipes and accessories.

(4) Check the fixed seals of gearbox, torque converter, hydraulic oil pump, steering gear, front and rear axles and whether there is overheating.

(5) Check whether the rim bolts, transmission shaft bolts and pins are fixed loosely.

(5) Whether the working device is in normal condition.

_Check whether the tire appearance and air pressure are normal.

_When the temperature is below - 5 C, the cooling water should be discharged. If antifreeze has been added, it can not be discharged.

_Pressure butter injection to each oil injection point of the working device according to the regulations.

_Clean up the appearance of the machine and the soil and debris in the forklift truck.

_In order to prevent abnormal high water temperature of loader, according to the actual situation of operation, the dust and cotton floss on parts such as water tank are cleaned by high-pressure air pump from time to time.
