Multiloader L20 Regulations on daily maintenance

 

The  Multiloader L20 correct use and maintenance of forklift will prolong the service life, reduce the failure rate and improve the efficiency.

 

1.  Multiloader L20 Clean and wipe it clean every day; www.haiqinmachinery.com

 

2.  Multiloader L20 Check the leakage of working oil, fuel oil and water;

 

3.  Multiloader L20 Water tank inspection;

 

Remove the water tank cover and observe through the orifice. If the coolant level remains high, reinstall the water tank cover. If the liquid level drops, add water. Pay attention to add tap water and do not add dirty water. When checking the water tank, pay special attention to prevent scalding caused by hot steam.

 

4.  Multiloader L20 Air filter inspection

 

Use compressed air to blow away dust or dirt, and pay attention to blowing from inside to outside; Check the folded part for damage.

 

5. Multiloader L20 Pipeline and oil cylinder inspection;

 

 Multiloader L20 Check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic pipeline and cylinder 3.

 

6.  Multiloader L20 Inspection of shelf (gantry)

 

Remove the  Multiloader L20 filler cap, check whether the oil level is within the scale of the scale, and check the everun 416c loader  fastening of the mounting bolts of the stop shelf (gantry) and the fork frame. If they are loose, tighten them.

 

7.  Multiloader L20 Battery electrolyte inspection

 

Observe whether the everun 416c loader battery electrolyte is between the scale lines on the battery box. If everun 416c loader  is below the scale line, add electrolyte, but everun 416c loader  shall not exceed the range of the scale line.

 

8. everun 416c loader  Engine oil level check

 

Take out the everun 416c loader  diesel oil dipstick, wipe it, insert it, and then take it out to observe the oil level. The everun 416c loader  oil level should be between the scales of the oil scale. When checking the oil level, if it is cold oil, the oil level cannot be reflected correctly.
