Common problems in daily maintenance of articulated loader,electric front loader

 
The engine works normally and the loader cannot walk

 

First articulated loader, eu license loader check the transmission oil limit valve and transmission pressure gauge. If zl08 Radlader  it is found that there is a lack of transmission torque converter oil, add new oil. However,articulated loader,China loader  it should not be added too much, otherwise it articulated loader will cause the transmission to heat up. Generally,

Hoflader ,articulated loader it is added until the Schaffer Loader oil flows out of the limit valve. Then articulated loader,electric front loader  check whether the boom can rise and fall and whether there is steering. If articulated loader ,electric front loader the boom can rise and fall, it can also turn, and the loader cannot walk, which is caused by the damage and lack of oil of the variable speed pump. The boom cannot rise and fall or turn, and the loader cannot walk. This situation is mostly caused by the steel plate connection of the torque converter (mean machine) being cut off by bolts or the electric front loader  elastic plate being broken. The articulated loader diesel engine and gearbox must be lifted out together, and then the electric front loader connecting part of the diesel engine of the torque converter must be removed to find out the electric front loader  damaged parts and replace or repair the damaged parts.
