The working hydraulic system mainly consists of a working pump, a distribution valve (the distribution valve is integrated with a safety valve, a rotary bucket slide valve, a rotary bucket large chamber double acting safety valve, a rotary bucket small chamber safety valve, a boom slide valve, etc.), a rotary bucket cylinder, a boom cylinder, an oil tank, etc.
The LTMG T3507 telehandler hydraulic system of the loader working device adopts a sequential circuit, and the oil inlet paths of each mechanism are arranged in order. The pump can only supply oil to one mechanism in order. During operation, hydraulic oil is drawn into the working pump from the bottom of the oil tank through an oil filter, and hydraulic oil with a certain pressure is input from the oil pump into the distribution valve. The pressure oil enters the bucket slide valve first. The bucket slide valve has three positions. Operating the slide valve to the FT40 telehandler right or left position can respectively achieve the backward and forward tilting actions of the bucket. When the bucket slide valve is in the middle position, the pressure oil enters the boom slide valve. The boom slide valve has four positions, operated by the slide valve. The TR1035 telehandler four positions from right to left can respectively achieve the lifting, closing, lowering, and floating actions of the boom.
